Production of staphylococcal enterotoxins in food. Team: Justyna Schubert, Magdalena Gonet, Jarosław Bystroń, Jacek Bania. Production of enterotoxins by Staphylococcus aureus was identified as a factor of Staphylococcal Food Poisoning (SFP). Dairy products have been associated with SFP.
